SCOPE

This procedure covers the methodology, which SC Company is going to adopt during execution of a project. The scope defines the entire project management team line responsibilities from award of the contract to the completion.

THE PURPOSE

The purpose of this procedure is to control and monitor the project in a professional manner in line with a target of getting the company certificate for ISO 9001 by mid 2016. This procedures shall be read and understood by the project management team and discuss in detail while planning the job.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The SC Company recognizes the meticulous planning and effective supervision and frequent monitoring are the three key elements for the good project management. The following steps are to be followed during the project execution.

Immediately after award of the contract the project manager will review project with his project team to identify :

After review the senior supervisor will plan the job and submit to project manager for approval. The resources requirements will be communicated to PM and the quality requirement shall be discussed with quality manager. The level one plan will be submit to GM, PM, Workshop and the Quality Management. Senior supervisor shall provide level II plans for the fabrication. According to this plan the shop floor supervisor shall prepare level three plans and this shall be followed during the job in workshop.
